I see beauty all around me - from the alpenglow on the mountains to the water droplets on a flower.  I have been blessed to live, work, and play in some magnificent places.  My camera has come all over the world with me.  I have lugged it up mountains and taken it in the ocean, but to me, my travels are about more than the photos I take.  It is fun to capture "the shot", but I want my pictures to tell the story of where I have been, who I was with, and what I have experienced.  There are times I use my camera to capture a moment in time, but sometimes I leave the camera behind or never put it to my eye so I can just soak in my surroundings and and let them become ingrained in my memory.   

 

While my website is full of nature and wildlife photography, I also enjoy photographing people- family portraits, baby pictures, senior pictures, etc.  I enjoy capturing the joy-filled moments of people's lives to help them remember those special times.
